Skipper: 200 € / day + provisioning

–  Both skipper & hostess require their own cabin. If clients do not wish the crew to join them ashore
or provisions for them are not onboard, then the amount of 30 € /day/person must be given directly
to the crew. Crew gratuities are not included in the price. In case of last minute cancellation, one
month before embarkation, the client will be charged in full, as we are obliged to pay the fees to the
crew.
Gennaker/Blister: 200 € / week + 500 € refundable deposit (by credit card)

–  In case of last minute cancellation, the client will be charged in full the rental fee, as we are obliged
to pay the supplier.
Safety net for monohulls: 150 € / charter
Safety net for catamarans: 200 € / charter

Important: Crew change during the charter is allowed up to 50% of the initial crew number. In case of a
crew change of more than 50%, then it is considered as a new charter.

Security Deposit Reduction:

Selection of optional damage waiver limits your liability to the reduced Security Deposit for damages to the boat and/or the loss of the dinghy and/or its outboard engine. ISALOS YACHTING reserves the right to refuse it.

The payment of either the Refundable Security Deposit, or the Damage Waiver, is designed to cover only one incident of a substantial nature at any one time: After a damage happens in order to cover the risk of a second incident of damage, within the same charter, the charterer shall replenish the security deposit to its initial amount. In case of loss or damage to equipment of significant value such as outboard engine or dinghy, the charterer will have the right to an immediate replacement whilst on charter, provided that the charterer pays a new Refundable Security Deposit immediately upon receipt of replacement or repair.

MONOHULLS:
For security deposit 2.000 € : 250 € / week plus refundable deposit 500 €
For security deposit 2.500 € : 300 € / week plus refundable deposit 600 €
For security deposit 3.000 € : 350 € / week plus refundable deposit 700 €

CATAMARANS:
For security deposit 2.500 € : 300 € / week plus refundable deposit 600 €
For security deposit 3.000 € : 350 € / week plus refundable deposit 700 €
For security deposit 3.500 € : 450 € / week plus refundable deposit 800 €

The security deposit reduction is mandatory in case of a skippered charter. For all skippered charters, the security deposit reduction is 350 € plus refundable deposit 700 €. Not available for regattas & races.

A 30% deposit of the charter fee is required, within 5 days after booking confirmation.
The remaining balance of 70% is required at least four (4) weeks prior to departure to our bank account.

The booking is not confirmed until 1st payment is cleared to our bank account which is clearly shown to our booking confirmation. Charter will take place only if all payments are confirmed and cleared to our bank account in due time.

Isalos Yachting reserves the right, without any liability, to cancel bookings for which documentation and / or payments have not been provided in due time and in compliance with booking and charter party terms and conditions.

Isalos Yachting MCPY cancellation policy depends on the time interval between the reserved charter date and the date of cancellation.
In detail:

• For bookings cancelled from 1 to 30 days prior to departure, 100% of the total charter fee will be charged.
• For bookings cancelled 30 days (or more) prior to departure, 30% of the total charter fee will be charged.

In any case, we guarantee that the total charter fee of a cancelled charter will be returned to our customer (less an administration fee of 200 EUR), in case a new charter is reserved for the same boat and period and under the same conditions.

Charter prices in Isalos Yachting official pricelist includes Agent’s commission: 20% applicable on the charter fee NET of VAT (on the amount of final charter price after VAT has been deducted). Pricelist subject to change without notice.

Agent commission invoice to be issued to Yacht Owner company (details to be provided) – one month prior to charter. Bookings accepted from EU-based businesses subject to having mandatory VIES registered VAT number.

Commission invoices must be delivered to Isalos Yachting within 7 days from issuance date; invoices received past due will have to be cancelled and re-issued by issuing Agent. Isalos Yachting reserves the right, without liability, at any time, to cancel a booking because Agent has not provided their commission invoice in a timely and compliant manner.

Minimum requirements involve that
• One crew member presents to the Port Authorities an appropriate sailing certificate, proving his competence as skipper and
• One experienced crew member is declared as co-skipper; co-skipper should possess equivalent certification as skipper or may otherwise sign a self-declaration statement for the port authorities

Licenses for motor yachts, sailing on day-light only, weather limitations, inland waters are not acceptable from the Port Authorities. Croatian licenses with limitation in sailing in Adriatic sea are also not acceptable from the Port Authorities. Advise the clients to contact, in time, their yachting associations in order to possess a valid sailing license.

Broker, stakeholder and owner shall not be responsible if skipper certification is rejected by Port Authorities and Isalos Yachting reserves the right to require that charterers hire a professional skipper, if their sailing skills and qualifications are deemed insufficient.

Listed Prices include local taxes and VAT calculated as per current rates applicable and valid to this date
(VAT 24%), subject to change without prior notice or responsibility of the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Supplier. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after booking, that result in change of VAT and hence of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer.

The present Price List replaces any previous and is valid from 24th of November 2023
